Simply Charming Throw Pillow Cover Class

Join Katie for a fun and creative Quilt As You Go class and create an adorable Simply Charming Throw Pillow while building your quilting skills along the way!

If you enjoyed Katie’s Quilt As You Go Table Runner class on September 9, you’ll love this project! Using the same Quilt As You Go method, Katie will guide you through creating a charming throw pillow featuring charm squares. It’s a fun way to continue practicing the technique while creating something beautiful and useful for your home.

Katie has been quilting for the past decade and has expanded her sewing experience to include bag making, garments, machine embroidery, visible mending, and longarm quilting. She loves helping students build their skills and confidence while encouraging everyone to embrace their own unique style.

For this project, students will need to bring their own fabrics.  Choose from your stash or purchase, but you'll be able to use colors you like and that fit in your home.  You will need 13 charm squares and 2/3 yd coordinating fabric. You can use a charm pack, or choose from your own scraps as long as they are cut into 5-1/2" squares. We have many charm packs available in store if you need them! Pattern, batting and lining fabric will be provided.
