Leabu -Adhesive Sew 'n Wash Stabilizer

Soft, soluble mesh with adhesive properties and paper carrier. For use in standard hoops, hoop with shiny paper covering in embroidery area. Adhere item for embroider. When complete, cut away large pieces and dissolve remaining stabilizer with water.
